The Higgins Lake Foundation (HLF) was established in 1989 as a permanent resource dedicated to the continuing preservation of Higgins Lake and its watershed.

The Higgins Lake Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit Michigan corporation. All donations to the Foundation are fully tax deductible.
